Job Summary

This is a remote position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Manager/Administrator

We are seeking a Project Manager/Administrator who will own and administer the Organisation Computer Based Management System (Wunderbuild) while also supporting HR accounts bookkeeping and general project administration.

This is not a task-following role we need someone who takes full ownership drives efficiencies and improves processes through automation and smart system utilisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Wunderbuild Administration Full system control & setup document management at
company and project levels creating templates and processes automation.
Data Management & Reporting Maintain clean accurate data and create dashboards for
decision-making by management. Managing daily logs and ensuring all data is correctly
applied within Wunderbuild.
HR Administration Onboarding managing compliance records timesheets and payroll.
Accounts & Bookkeeping Oversee that the team has uploaded allocated and paid the
invoices.
Finance Support Assist with cost tracking forecasting and reporting.
General Project Admin Support teams with documentation scheduling and compliance.
Run each job and help with some procurements for the clients reviewing tenders and
sending tender packages out to subcontractors.
Other admin tasks - arrange team meetings issue agendas & minutes set up team
functions etc. as directed by management.

Skills and Experience Required:
Proven Wunderbuild (or similar tool) Admin User experience in the building and construction industry.
Proficient in MS Projects and excel.
Minimum 2-3 years in project administration.
Experience with Xero or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
Ability to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
Confident communicator with the ability to train and support staff in digital systems.
