What Youll Be Owning
This is a core admin role supporting the solar installation workflow from contract to completion. You will help keep job data schedules and compliance records accurate and on track.
Youll take the lead on:
Updating and maintaining customer and job records in CRM and job management systems
Uploading contracts site plans and service updates with 100 percent accuracy
Managing installation scheduling based on team priorities and deadlines
Flagging data or system issues that could affect job flow
Communicating with internal teams (Sales Finance Operations) via Teams or 3CX
Completing time-sensitive tasks using Asana with proper prioritization
Managing your own workload and flagging delays early
Using Microsoft Copilot and SOPs to self-serve process instructions
Important: You wont be left guessing. Youll have structured onboarding defined metrics and support when you need it.

Have 3 years of admin ops or back-office experience

Are confident using Excel (basic filters no advanced formulas required)
Communicate clearly with internal teams and raise issues early
Work well under structured systems and time-sensitive tasks
Are available for a consistent day shift (5:30 AM to 10:30 AM PHT) aligned with Adelaide time
Have a distraction-free work environment and dual-screen setup
