With a strong focus on quality agility and innovation we are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to play a key role in ensuring product quality across multiple this role you will take ownership of test planning execution and reporting while collaborating closely with Project Managers Developers and stakeholders. You will apply your expertise in both manual and automated testing to identify issues early maintain high quality standards and contribute to process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects influence quality practices and mentor junior QA team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop implement and maintain QA processes and procedures.
- Participate in software planning and design activities to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure product quality and conformance to business requirements.
- Identify defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software application testing is integrated and effective.
- Lead and participate in continuous process improvement efforts to increase the quality and efficiency of testing processes.
- Manage and maintain the testing environment and testing data.
- Participate in training and mentoring for other members of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC STLC Agile/Scrum and release management processes.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium Cypress etc.) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions).
- Experience in API testing using Postman REST Assured or similar.
- Experience using AI-powered tools in improving testing efficiency and quality.
- Knowledge of performance testing (e.g. JMeter) and security testing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
- Experience with bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira TestRail Zephyr).
- Good English communication.
