Job Summary

Position Responsibilities:

- Stratize product delivery optimization with initiatives to meet the key objectives of product acceleration (Time to Market Cost Efficiency Quality & CDF/Agile Adoption).

- Work with multiple stakeholders to make sure all initiations go smooth from budget plan and execution perspective and track respective KPIs in progress.

- Run retrospective imporvement model (Governance) and initiate imporvement/optimization actions apply imporvements to the product execution.

- Oversight multiple product execution aligning with key initatives and the imporvement actions well taken in the delivery process.

- Work with execution stakeholders to lead/support actual delivery mainly collaborating with PMO/Tech. leads from overall product delivery perspective.

- Lead and influence team to change a mindset to the transformation.

- Lead to communicate stakeholders and sponsors about progress and result in very clear manner with all KPIs tracked.

- Lead data analysis in the execution to bring insights for optimization.

- Coaching team members to help their growth and lead collaborations.

Required Qualifications:

Years of experience 10 Years experience in technology in a leading position such as product project manager program manager and etc.
Quantified years of experience with tools/software/etc. Not Specified
Education if required College Degree Or Above
Licenses if required Not Specified

Preferred Qualifications:

SAFe Agile or any scrum/agile certificates preferred.
