Leadership Development Program (18 months)
Project Objective
The objective of this project is to develop successful talent fully aligned with SKFs values and organizational culture providing the tools to put academic knowledge into practice within a demanding dynamic and global business environment while fostering professional growth and sustainable results.
Requirements:
- Current student in 7th semester of Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Must have valid student insurance.
- Strong interest in joining a long-term comprehensive leadership program (18 months).
- Daily availability of 6 hours on-site.
- General knowledge of ergonomics and industrial processes.
- Intermediate conversational English.
- Experience preparing executive presentations.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
