Job Summary

We are seeking Production Control Value Stream Leaders to support a critical aerospace manufacturing recovery project in Tijuana. This role focuses on shop-floor production coordination shortage management and supplier recovery activitiessupporting an OEM plastics and composites production system.

The selected professionals will work directly on-site with the OEM’s vendor manufacturing teams ensuring production schedules quality standards and operational priorities are met.

Key Responsibilities

Drive daily production schedule adherence on the shop floor
Identify and resolve part shortages production constraints and quality issues
Coordinate with manufacturing quality engineering and supply chain teams
Support supplier recovery initiatives and production stabilization
Ensure accountability and urgency to meet daily and weekly production targets

Value Streams Supported: Interior aerospace composite components including:

Ceilings
Door & Doorway Assemblies
Cargo & Subassemblies
Machine Shop & Shipping

Qualifications

Engineering degree OR 3 years manufacturing experience in a maquiladora environment
Experience in production control or manufacturing operations
Preferred: Plastics / Composites manufacturing experience
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities
Availability for overtime and weekend support if required

Work Conditions

First shift
48 hours per week
