- Help create moderation guidelines to filter out inappropriate comments.
- Track engagement trends to inform marketing strategy (e.g. common questions most engaged audience segments etc.).
- Organize and share insights to help shape the social media strategy and to provide context to personas.
- Explore opportunities to proactively engage with relevant content and communities via social media.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field at BYU Ensign College or BYU-Idaho.
- Native-level English proficiency is required. Ability to speak Spanish Portuguese or French is preferred but not required.
- Currently lives in Utah or Idaho. Able to work remotely.
- Active on social media and familiar with DMs comments and groups across platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically in online conversations.
- Basic understanding of online community norms appropriate tone and brand representation.
- Ability to identify inappropriate spammy or harmful comments and flag/escalate as needed.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to track interactions trends and observations consistently.
- Comfortable summarizing insights and sharing them clearly with a team (written summaries slides or spreadsheets).
