Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Test maintenance and Engineering Management. Responsible for managing the maintenance area. Responsible for the execution of Tester build plan. Responsible to support Product Engineering for yield and process improvement of the specific technical area. Responsible to improve the efficiency of test area. Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule. Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products. Authorized to stop any tester if the tester facing quality or safety issue.
Education & Experience
Bachelor/Master/PhD of Science/Engineering. Minimum 10 years managerial experience in mass production environment. Preferably in Product/Test Engineering
Skills
- With good computer literacy and good communication skill.
- Planning knowledge on tester or others related
- Must have a good sense of engineering tradeoffs and an ability to understand the impact of software changes on maintainability.
