We are looking for a Store Operator who takes full ownership of the business leads from the front and builds a team culture that people want to be part of. This role is for someone who thrives in fast paced environments takes pride in high standards and understands that consistent leadership drives consistent results.
This is a hands on leadership role. You will be fully involved in daily operations capable of stepping into any position and responsible for creating a workplace where guests feel welcomed and teams feel supported. You will represent the Bossy Beulahs brand inside and outside of the restaurant and build meaningful relationships in the community.
What Youll Do
- Lead daily operations through hands on floor leadership real time problem solving and direct coaching of managers and team members
- Hire onboard train and develop teams while building strong internal leadership
- Uphold recipes systems policies and operational standards across all areas of the business
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through active engagement service recovery and reputation management
- Own store level financial performance including food labor inventory and forecasting
- Build staffing plans write schedules and maintain a safe clean and compliant environment
- Execute catering and off site initiatives while growing community and brand presence
What Youll Bring
- Experience leading high volume quality driven restaurant operations
- At least 5 years working in a fast paced food service environment
- At least 2 years in a leadership role with proven team development skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with operational systems and restaurant technology
- Proven work ethic job stability and career progression
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Ability to work a five day schedule averaging 50 hours per week including nights weekends and holidays
