Position Purpose/Summary:
The Account Executive position primarily identifies the needs of a customer and provides a chance to meet those needs through the purchase of products or services. They will market those products to new and existing customers. All information and knowledge gained through your employment at AlphaKOR are confidential and deemed to be exclusive property and proprietary knowledge of AlphaKOR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial and industrial accounts from prospecting through close
- Sell integrated security solutions including intrusion alarms access control video surveillance and paging systems
- Prepare and present proposals bids and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
- Work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure accurate scope and successful project delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with customers acting as a trusted advisor for system upgrades and expansions
- Track sales activities forecasts and opportunities using CRM tools
- Stay current on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive offerings
Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in commercial and/or industrial security systems
- Strong knowledge of alarm systemssuch as DSC
- Hands-on experience with
- Experience selling and supporting access control systems
- Knowledge of entry level to enterprise levelIP-based video surveillance systems
- Familiarity with Avigilonand Inaxsysplatforms (configuration positioning or sales)would be an asset
- Experience with analog and IP paging systems
- Working knowledge of structured data cabling low-voltage hardware and network fundamentals
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly to both customers and internal teams
