We are looking for a passionate dedicated and service-oriented Commis Waiter or Commis Waitress to join the team at the award-winning restaurant Berners Tavern in The London EDITION hotel.

This gastronomic gem under the direction of our Chef Partner Jason Atherton boasts 140 covers serving guests for breakfast lunch and dinner. Berners Tavern is located in central Londons Fitzrovia at The London EDITION and brings together in a delicate balancing act the integrity and character of a historic building with a simple sophisticated design sensibility creating a seamless blend of charisma and ease.

As a Commis Waiter or Commis Waitressyou will:

• Have fantastic opportunities to develop be exposed to top training by our team and our suppliers
• Understand the menu and preparation of dishes
• Complete the set-up of the restaurant
• Create lasting memories for all our guests and build rapport with our regular guests
• Maintain our service standards

Our most successful Commis Waiter or Commis Waitress is someone who has:

• Previous serving experience is a big plus
• Experience in a high volume busy restaurant
• Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
• A positive outlook and outgoing personality
