Job Summary
- Relevant experience in the events operations field ideally 3 years of work experience as Events/Banquet Assistant Manager or similar role in a 5- star environment
- Proven ability to lead the events operations team through a variety of events including corporate social and wedding
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to manage competing priorities
- You are a forward thinker and logistic expert - planning for your operations team success
- A passion for events of all sizes and genuine desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience at all times
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a valid NSW RSA Certificate
Qualifications :
Exceptional probity and credit clearance essential.

To be successful youll:
Hold a current RSA certificate.
This role requires you to:
Work across a rotating roster of morning daytime and evening shifts
Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks.
