- Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
