Job Title: D365 CRM Technical Consultant

Experience: 510 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation leveraging the technical expertise to deliver robust CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting:

Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
Map business processes to Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.
Configure CRM modules (Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service).

Technical Development:

Customize CRM using JavaScript HTML and Plugins.
Design and implement Workflows Custom Actions and Business Rules.
Develop and deploy PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
Work with Virtual Tables to integrate external data sources.
Build and maintain Canvas Apps for tailored user experiences.
Integrate CRM with other systems using Web APIs and Azure services.

Solution Design:

Create scalable secure and maintainable CRM architectures.
Optimize use of out-of-the-box features and identify areas for custom development.

Support & Documentation:

Provide training and support to end-users.
Document technical specifications configurations and user guides.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
Proficiency in:

JavaScript HTML C#/.NET for plugin development.
Power Platform: Canvas Apps Power Automate PCF.
Dataverse Virtual Tables Custom Actions Workflows.
Azure Functions Logic Apps and API integrations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Following Qualifications will be a plus:

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
