Were now hiring an Associate Product Manager Insights & Optimisation to help elevate our product performance experimentation and datadriven decisionmaking.
A bit about the role:
This is a brandnew role at Liberis youll have the opportunity to craft how we approach insights optimisation and experimentation and build your remit as we scale!
Were a multiproduct organisation with really exciting growth plans ahead! Instead of being tied to a single product youll gain exposure across multiple products partners and commercial models. Youll also have the chance to collaborate with our AI/ML team our Commercial Reporting Team Engineers and over time get involved in customer and merchant research to help shape what we build next
What youll be doing
Product Insights & Performance
Analyse product and funnel performance across eligibility approval pricing conversion and utilisation
Support the development of Looker dashboards and product success metrics
Combine data and partner/merchant feedback to surface themes risks and opportunities
Optimisation & Experimentation
Identify optimisation opportunities and support initiatives to improve product outcomes
Shape hypotheses draft experiment briefs and define success measures
Support postlaunch analysis and retrospectives
Over time take ownership of smaller optimisation workstreams endtoend
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain product metrics documentation and analytical frameworks
Create internal summaries playbooks and insight materials
Ensure insights are clear accessible and actionable for teams across the business
The interview process:
What we need from you
Strong analytical skills (SQL spreadsheets BigQuery or BI tools like Looker)
Interest in product management and datadriven decisionmaking
Ability to structure problems and tell clear stories with data
High attention to detail with product and commercial metrics
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Curiosity proactivity and eagerness to learn

Working together in person helps us move faster collaborate better and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week but ideally 4 days.
