Job Summary
- Maintain the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with applicable health & safety regulations permits contractual requirements and company policy
- Coordinate with different parties (both internal and external) on the health and safety compliance conduction inspection investigation job hazard analysis and audit programs
- Validate all health and safety data including quality of the data and prepare all required reports
- Coordinate and implement the health and safety compliance and awareness promotional activities and training programmes for all staff visitors and contractors
Qualifications :
- Diploma or above/ Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health
- Construction Safety (Green Card) Training
- Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CIC
- Lifting Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CIC
- A12 Silver Card issued by CIC
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Additional Information :
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in the factory or construction field with experience in ISO45001 ISO14001 and ISO9001 audit is preferred
- Registered as Safety Officer with the Labour Department
- Holder of First Aid certificate is required
- Driving license is preferred (Class 1 and 2)
- Proficient in MS office / Google applications
- Determined motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and presentation skills
- Candidates with less experience/ without Safety Officer registration in the Labor Department will be considered as Safety Supervisor
