We are currently looking for a Customer Care intern for the French and Belgian markets to join our Customer Care team during the high season.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Processing enrollments using our internal CRM system
Supporting clients before during and after their stay
Assisting clients with visa applications
Managing CPF files and specific requirements of the Belgian market
Invoicing reservations and monitoring customer payments
Collecting invoices from partner schools and validating payments
Handling special requests and complaints before during and after the stay
Ability to redirect to avoid customer changes and cancellations
Providing personalized advice to each client including detailed information on every stage of the language course while meeting deadlines
Staying up to date with local and international news to be informed of events in major tourist areas
Having in-depth knowledge of ESL products and services
Being flexible depending on the season deadlines workload and support needed for other customer service markets and ESL departments
Supporting the department in achieving its objectives
Assisting with special projects or various assigned administrative tasks
Emergency phone duty during high season according to schedule
Organize and plan your own work and communicate effectively:
With Customer Care team members
With agencies in France and Belgium
With partner schools in English
With clients
Managing end-of-stay feedback reviews and testimonials
Qualifications :
Professional Skills:
No prior professional experience is required; however experience in a customer service or administrative role is highly valued.
Degree in tourism or an equivalent qualification
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner with a strong sense of responsibility
Native French speaker with excellent command of English (minimum level required: B2)
Good knowledge of geography
