The Role
You will be in charge of the management of a portfolio of B2B accounts. You will develop and nurture your relationship with them to grow their commitment towards reforesting the world with Tree-Nation. You will continuously learn and develop better strategies for growing your portfolio and increasing sales from your accounts.
What Youll Do
- Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships including day-to-day contact pricing negotiations and renewals for your portfolio.
- Maintain current commitments while simultaneously upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio maximizing revenue per account.
- Minimize churn across your portfolio by identifying risks early and proactively engaging with clients to maintain long-term relationships.
- Act as a technical bridge between clients and internal teams understanding Tree-Nations platform tools and workflows to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and interpret platform data related to orders planting progress and project execution taking accountability for identifying inconsistencies or operational risks.
- Take responsibility for daily monitoring of the flow of orders through internal systems troubleshooting issues and driving resolutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify areas of process improvement and consistently follow up on customer feedback with a systems-oriented mindset.
What youll bring
- Full professional fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in B2B account management preferably in a subscription-based SaaS or platform-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building sales and negotiation skills paired with technical curiosity and systems thinking.
- Comfort working with digital platforms CRMs dashboards and structured data and the ability to quickly learn new internal tools.
- Ability to reason about complex operational and technical flows not just manage relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
- Highly efficient proactive and accountable in day-to-day execution.
- Deep alignment with Tree-Nations mission a hard-working mentality and a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
