- Lead regional activation of national GTM sprints ensuring execution aligns with local market dynamics and broker needs.
- Engage directly with brokers and frontline sales teams to deliver support and adapt go-to-market initiatives.
- Act as the conduit between national GTM strategy and local execution sharing real-time feedback and identifying regional opportunities or challenges.
- Partner with State Sales Leaders to support seamless handover from GTM sprint completion to business-as-usual sales management.
- Ensure consistent messaging tools and change management across local stakeholders.
- Track and report on key sprint KPIs and adoption outcomes at the regional level.
- This is a field-based role with significant travel expected.
- The successful candidate should anticipate traveling up to 50% of the time including broker visits in-person meetings and on-site support during key rollout periods.
- Flexibility is essential with a mix of remote in-office and on-the-road work required.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement GTM field operations or broker engagement within financial services or fintech.
- Proven experience in managing in-field activations and broker-centric initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement communication and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a highly agile environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product marketing and sales teams.
- Ability to travel. The successful candidate can expect to be on the road approximately 50% of the time visiting broker offices attending local activations and supporting in-field delivery across their region.
