Role focus
As theAgentic Solution Engagement Lead you will sit at the intersection oftechnology strategy and deepengineering. Youare expected to be a hands-on technologist withrelevant experiencewithsolution engineeringdesigningand implementingtechnology architectureand prototyping cloud data and AI solutions for specific clients and industries.
You will lead the charge in designing and prototyping sophisticated agentic systems thatleveragethe full power of the Google Cloudand Geminiecosystem to solve complex business challengesfor our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Engineering & Ideation:Partner with stakeholders toidentifyhigh-impact use cases for AI Agents.Youlltranslate business pain into a technical roadmap that prioritizes scalability and ROI.
Rapid Prototyping:You willbe expected tobuild high-fidelity Agentic prototypes thatdemonstratemulti-step reasoning tool-use and complex orchestration.
Architecture Design:Define the blueprints for enterprise-grade AI systems ensuring they are robust secure and seamlessly integrated with existing data pipelines.
Google Stack Mastery:Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on GooglesCloud andAI portfolio ensuring we are pushing the boundaries ofwhatspossible with the latest releases.
Technical Advocacy:Bridge the gap between engineering teams and executive leadership explaining complex black box concepts with clarity and conviction.

To thrive in this role you should have deepexpertiseacross theGoogle Cloud (GCP)GeminiandVertex AIlandscape:
Generative AI: Gemini 1.5 Pro/Flash Vertex AI Studio Model Garden
Orchestration: LangChainLangGraph or Vertex AI Agent Builder Agent development kit
Data & Vector: BigQuery(Vector Search) Vertex AI Search & Conversation
Architecture: Microservices (Cloud Run/GKE) Event-driven design (Pub/Sub)
Development: Python (Expert) API Design CI/CDfor ML (MLOps) Antigravity Gemini CLI Gemini codeassist

A Builder at Heart:You thrive in the zero-to-one phase. You enjoy the challenge of a blank IDE anda complex problem.
A Google Ecosystem Native:You are intimately familiar with how GCP servicesintegrate across the ecosystemand how tooptimizefor performance and cost withinthe Google Cloudenvironment.
Qualifications
10 years in software engineering cloud architecture or data science.
4 years specifically focused on AI/MLarchitecture andimplementation.
Proventrack recordof delivering end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise clients.
Relevant Google Cloud Certifications (Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data Engineer) are a major plus.
