Job Summary

Step into a missiondriven leadership role where your work directly shapes the future of nursing education. As the Executive Campus Director you will serve as the senior leader and GM of a Chamberlain University campusowning overall campus performance culture and student success outcomes. In this role youll guide faculty and staff drive financial and operational performance and champion a culture rooted in accountability collaboration and our mission to prepare extraordinary nurses. Youll oversee campus growth ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance and create an environment where students can thrive academically and personally.

This position is ideal for seasoned leaders from healthcare professional services or other regulated multisite industries who excel in complex environments and are energized by work that matters. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Operational & Financial Leadership

  • Oversee all campus operations to ensure BSN and campusbased programs meet goals for quality growth and financial performance.
  • Own campus profit and loss including budgeting labor planning staffing and operational KPIs.
  • Use data to identify trends make decisive improvements and drive continuous operational excellence.
  • Maintain smooth daily operations while advancing longterm strategic growth.

Student Experience & Outcomes

  • Champion a studentfirst culture that supports persistence progression graduation and licensure readiness.
  • Monitor key student experience metrics and lead targeted actions to improve satisfaction NPS and NCLEX outcomes.
  • Remove barriers and align teams around shared success metrics that enhance the student journey.

Faculty & Staff Leadership

  • Lead coach and develop faculty and staff to build a highperforming engaged and accountable culture.
  • Strengthen leadership capability ensure clear expectations and support performance management.
  • Promote collaboration across university functions to advance academic and student success.

Compliance Accreditation & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with all accreditation regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Oversee audits risk mitigation and adherence to safety and nursingeducation standards.
  • Foster a culture of transparency compliance and operational integrity.

Community Clinical & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong external relationships to enhance visibility reputation and clinical placement capacity.
  • Represent the campus with professionalism across community partners clinical sites employers and local stakeholders.
  • Support local outreach and marketing efforts to drive enrollment growth.

Culture Vision & Change Leadership

  • Lead a missiondriven culture that inspires excellence service and results.
  • Navigate ambiguity effectively balancing strategic priorities with daytoday needs.
  • Guide teams through change by aligning people simplifying processes and creating clarity.

Success Metrics

  • Meet campus targets for NCLEX pass rates student persistence enrollment colleague engagement NPS and financial performance.

Qualifications :

 

Education

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Masters degree preferred

Experience

  • 10 years of senior leadership experience in multisite operations healthcare services professional services or other regulated industries
  • Proven experience owning revenue P&L staffing models budgets and operational performance
  • Demonstrated success improving key business outcomes such as financial results customer/student experience throughput quality or retention
  • Strong background in coaching and developing leaders building highperforming teams and managing diverse talent
  • Experience with compliance audits regulatory frameworks or accreditationlike environments
  • Experience leading local marketing community relations or external partnership initiatives

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead effectively in complex or rapidly changing environments
  • Skilled at stakeholder alignment conflict navigation and communication with clarity and empathy

Additional Information :

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $110171.61 and $191034.70. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
