私たちのお客様は医療環境の加速度的な変化に伴いこれまで以上に高い生産性と質の高い経営が求められています医療機器の購買においてもお客様が購入した資産に対して陳腐化を防ぎより長期的に利活用できることが求められています顧客セグメントや購買ニーズに応じた正しいライフサイクルビジネスの提案が強く求められていますサービスセールススペシャリストはお客様に関わる全てのステークホルダーと緊密に連携しカスタマーエクスペリエンスの向上と次回の機器リプレースまでのライフサイクルをつなぐ役割を担います
- 担当部門のエリアリーダーと協力し保守ビジネスの売上と利益を最適に管理する
- 担当エリアの保守契約更新新規保守契約について契約管理の獲得実行を担う
- 担当エリアの保守サービスにデジタルを基軸とする業務改善の付加価値サービスアップグレードサービスを提案しその獲得実行を担う
- 担当エリアの自社機器が次回安全にリプレースされる様使用期間における顧客満足の最大化に努める
