Senior Manager Digital Merchandising
As Senior Manager Digital Merchandising you will drive digital merchandising initiatives delivering a differentiated assortment and optimized shopping experience that meets targets for revenue growth and conversion on Sephoras digital platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring merchandising priorities are reflected across all digital vehicles and partner with digital team to drive industry-leading conversion on Sephoras SEA platforms ensuring that products are merchandised strategically and that product pages are best-in-class.

Designing & Driving Digital Merchandising Strategy
- Develop and execute digital merchandising strategy and online assortment plans for assigned categories or brands - incremental SKUs and digital-only brands maximizing channel opportunities in alignment with the overall regional strategy
- Ensure merchandising priorities are reflected across all digital vehicles and partner with digital team to drive industry-leading conversion on Sephoras SEA platforms ensuring that products are merchandised strategically and that product pages are best-in-class
- Partner with category merchants to select and optimize digital product assortment
- Extend the store assortment with exclusives only available online
- Build monthly tiered playbooks and visualize tiering across campaigns and priorities
- Work jointly with brand marketing category merchants on assets and storytelling.
- Partnership with performance marketing and digital teams to drive e-commerce content and messaging that drives traffic conversion and sales and optimize productivity & profitability of online assortment
Leading Brand Management Across Digital Platforms
- Partner with brands on effective strategies grounded in data to create digital demand and drive long-term growth
- Partner brands to secure assets negotiate product messaging and ensure accuracy of product information
- Guide brands to optimize pages for conversion and search visibility.
Data & Analytics
- Partner with digital analytics tracking KPIs daily/hourly (traffic conversion A2C omni conversion)
- Provide real-time reports on high interest launches every 2-hourly on day of drop
Steering Cross Functional Collaborations
- Act as the interface between merchants/brands and digital channels (site app CRM email push retention paid media)
- Partner with site teams to drive conversion constantly refreshing page best practices and ensuring alignment with site experience team on algorithm optimization and guided shopping tools
We would love to hear from you if you are/have
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in digital merchandising e-commerce or related fields
- Proven track record in developing and implementing digital merchandising strategies to drive growth profitability and market penetration
- Understanding of local consumer behavior and preferences in key SEA markets
- Strong background in digital assortment optimization pricing strategies and managing product lifecycles
- Experience in collaborating with Supply Chain teams for effective planning and forecasting
- Ability to exercise big picture thinking with a strong grasp on industry trends and a relentless focus on digital growth and customer experience.
- Solid understanding of budgeting financial analysis and P&L management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Agility to effectively drive change and innovation with a customer-centric approach
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills in a multicultural environment
