We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development Manager to drive a strong learning culture and build organisational capability within a luxury hospitality environment.
This role partners closely with business leaders to design impactful development programmes strengthen succession pipelines and attract future hospitality talent.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify competency gaps and design targeted training programmes to enhance performance and leadership capability.
Manage the training budget and optimise government funding initiatives.
Oversee corporate training in-house WSQ programmes brand training and e-learning platforms.
Ensure completion of mandatory training and regulatory compliance requirements.
Lead internship traineeship and management trainee programmes in partnership with educational institutions.
Act as liaison with government agencies on training grants audits and accreditation matters.
Drive colleague engagement initiatives including the annual engagement survey and service excellence programmes.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in HR Hospitality Organisational Development or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development preferably in hospitality.
ACTA / Certified Train-the-Trainer accreditation preferred.
Strong knowledge of WSQ framework and government-funded training schemes.
Proven ability to design facilitate and evaluate impactful learning programmes.
Strong stakeholder management communication and organisational skills.
