Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties remotely including answering phone calls emails and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service by efficiently handling customer requests issues and complaints.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized virtual front desk environment.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry scheduling appointments and managing virtual documents.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as email chat and video conferencing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Familiarity with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience in managing front desk duties or receptionist responsibilities.
