Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support to Measutronics employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Assist with system upgrades and equipment procurement.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth IT operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in providing IT support.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Desired Experience:
Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role with remote support experience preferred.
