Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team remotely
  • Perform typing and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Manage correspondence and communication with clients and partners
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meeting coordination

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or typist
  • Proficient in typing and data entry skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
