Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with customers
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in the help desk system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
