Job Description:
The Remote Chat & Email Support Representative at Compass Realty Inc is responsible for providing timely professional and accurate assistance to clients prospects tenants and partners through online chat and email platforms. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless customer experience for real estate inquiries including property listings rental agreements sales processes and general company services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via chat and email promptly professionally and accurately.
- Provide information on property listings rental processes buying/selling procedures and company services.
- Resolve client questions issues or complaints escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all chat and email interactions in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with real estate agents property managers and other internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled.
- Assist clients in scheduling property viewings meetings or follow-ups.
- Identify recurring client issues and suggest process improvements to management.
- Maintain knowledge of current property listings promotions and real estate regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support preferably in real estate property management or related industries.
- Excellent written communication skills with proper grammar and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software chat platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
