The Position
The Internal Value Chain (IVC) for digital solutions team acts as a linking pin across the organization to support lifecycle teams and affiliates in the commercialization of digital solutions. IVC is enabling a leading profitable and scalable digital business with back-office effectiveness and automation throughout the lifecycle of a digital product.
Disclosure note: The position is available on a fixed-term basis until 31/12/2026.
The Opportunity
Strategic Liaison & Product Ownership: Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and technical backlogs bridging the gap between stakeholders and developers.
Comprehensive Documentation: Author and maintain functional specifications data dictionaries and process maps to ensure knowledge retention across all data products.
Quality Assurance Leadership: Oversee end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of commercial dashboards.
User Training & Expert Support: Design global enablement programs to drive tool adoption and act as a Tier-2 expert for resolving complex functional or data issues.
Rapid Dashboard Prototyping: Build high-fidelity Tableau prototypes by aggregating datasets from ERP and CRM sources to quickly validate business requirements.
Data Integration & ETL: Streamline extraction and transformation processes to create a single source of truth for commercial performance metrics.
Advanced Analytics & Digital Insights: Apply advanced analytical frameworks to digital product datasets to provide strategic steering for the business.
AI & Process Innovation: Integrate Machine Learning to automate outlier detection and optimize the end-to-end contract fulfillment lifecycle.

Next-Gen Analytics & AI: Leverages ThoughtSpot for self-service discovery and implements AI/LLM frameworks to automate data mining and generate predictive commercial insights.
Agile & Human-Centric Design: Drives high-velocity development using Scrum/Kanban methodologies while applying Design Thinking to ensure products solve specific user pain points.
Strategic Communication: Native-level English fluency with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into persuasive actionable narratives for high-level business stakeholders.
Self-Directed Leadership: Operates with a strong owner mentality independently managing multiple high-impact workstreams while fostering a culture of transparency and collaborative excellence.
