Senior Analytics Consultant

WHAT WILL YOU DO

You will act as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business strategy and data. . You will own the full lifecycle from understanding a clients decision-making challenges to designing building and delivering BI solutions that drive measurable outcomes across industries including Retail Banking and Telecommunications.

• Lead client discovery and solutioning uncover structure and frame business problems where data analytics and visualization can create impact; propose architectures and approaches that address the underlying decision-making need not just the dashboard request

• Own the information design layer define KPI frameworks information hierarchies and dashboard logic that align with the business questions executives and commercial teams are actually trying to answer

• Design and develop executive and tactical BI solutions architect and hands-on build high-impact dashboards and reports following best practices in data visualization with a consistent focus on clarity performance and business relevance

• Elevate client reporting maturity drive reporting governance initiatives and transfer best practices to client teams leaving organizations more capable than when you arrived

• Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow actively use tools like Claude Gemini or ChatGPT to accelerate and enhance the quality of your output from analysis to documentation to client communication

• Bridge analysis and communication translate the outputs of exploratory analyses into compelling visual narratives that non-technical stakeholders can act on

• Drive semantic model design and development take ownership of the data and semantic models behind dashboards working closely with data engineers analytics engineers and data scientists

• Lead and collaborate across disciplines bring structure and direction to cross-functional project teams; coordinate effectively across roles and project contexts

Qualifications :

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY TO THIS ROLE

• 4 years of relevant professional experience including client-facing or advisory roles

• Advanced Power BI expertise semantic modeling DAX report development deployment pipelines; you are equally comfortable designing a solution and building it yourself

• Working knowledge of data extraction and processing SQL dbt or Spark; comfortable navigating real-world data environments

• Practical use of AI tools hands-on experience using LLM-based tools (Claude Gemini ChatGPT or similar) to enhance the speed and quality of your analytical and consulting work

• Strong business acumen you understand how businesses operate how decisions get made and how to frame data in terms of commercial impact

• Exceptional communication skills able to lead high-level client discussions on data analytics solutions translate business needs into technical requirements and present findings with confidence

• Structured analytical thinking you approach complex ambiguous problems with a clear framework and an eye for what matters

• Client ownership mindset you take responsibility for outcomes manage expectations proactively and build long-term trust

• Fluent English written and spoken

• Degree in Business Economics Engineering Statistics Computer Science or a related field

What is good to have

• SME-level domain knowledge in one or more of: Retail Banking & Finance or Telecommunications

• Background in Big4 top-tier consultancy or CxO-level support in a large enterprise

• Domain knowledge in adjacent sectors: FMCG media energy manufacturing healthcare or e-commerce

• Prior experience with generative AI or machine learning projects

• Familiarity with data management methodologies and/or tools

• Proficiency in additional BI tools: Tableau Looker or similar platforms
