Position: AM Horticulture Gurgaon

Business: Property and Asset Management Gurgaon

What this job involves

You will ensure we provide good horticulture services; by coordinating with the site vendors for services like landscaping etc. You will also be assisting Team Manager /Property Manager with any assigned projects and providing backup as and when required. Following would be your site deliverables:

• Taking daily property rounds co-ordinating with the team to close any matters related to landscaping.
• Maintaining daily/monthly reports i.e. DMR and MMR and sharing same with Property Manager and client.
• Schedule weekly vendor meetings to discuss on daily issues if any.
• Maintaining / preparing monthly attendance summary record for salary.
• Making sure that all customer queries are well-investigated and resolved. Escalating queries to appropriate supervisors if need be.
• Developing and mentoring new and subordinate vendor staff
• Assisting in improving and monitoring procedures to ensure the cost-effective and efficient services.
• Assisting in preparing and developing the documentation of standard policies and procedures
• Plans schedules inspect and assigns work to subordinate supervisors and/or teams.
• Manage landscaping and gardening.
• Regularly brief all staff regarding their duties designated areas of work and special instructions if any.
• Prepare and implement various checklists at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.
• Ensure the horticulture staff is well groomed.
• Supervises trains and evaluates gardener and temporary laborers in the achievement of landscape maintenance activities
• Development and maintenance of all gardens outdoor and indoor ornamental / foliage lawns flower plants
• Material receiving loading/unloading as per safety guideline. Ensure packing tagging and physical count of material material inspection storage classification and identification.
• Develops and implements plans/schedules as directed by seniors for proper maintenance of landscaped areas in assigned region; conducts inspections to monitor work performed by contractors; acts as site supervisor for special projects
• Analyzes work volume and staffing requirements and recommends measures to enhance performance and productivity; reviews maintenance processes and procedures and recommends improvement.
• Provide technical knowhow to the team / staff members of the site.
• Take feedback - customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction levels.

You will be reporting to Housekeeping Manager /Property Manager.

Qualifications

You will have a Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background BSC in Agriculture with min 4-5 years of work experience preferred. Effective communication skills and customer-oriented service outlook is non-negotiable.
