We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to expand our international market presence in the food industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing export markets managing distributor relationships and driving global sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand international markets.
Identify and onboard new distributors importers and channel partners.
Manage relationships with overseas clients and key accounts.
Achieve export sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Coordinate with production logistics and quality teams for timely shipments.
Participate in international trade fairs exhibitions and buyer meetings.
Negotiate pricing contracts and commercial terms with international buyers.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of international sales and export procedures
Experience in food industry / FMCG exports
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of export documentation logistics and global trade compliance
Market development and distributor management experience
Strong analytical and business development skills
Ability to travel internationally when required
