Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises
Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join a secondary school in Surrey. This is a full-time position ideal for an experienced Site Manager or Facilities professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe secure and well-presented school environment.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the school site including day-to-day maintenance health & safety compliance site security and managing contractors. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team you will play a key role in ensuring the school runs efficiently and safely for students staff and visitors.
This role would suit someone who is organised practical and confident managing a busy secondary school site.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Site Manager Facilities Manager or Caretaker (school experience desirable)
Strong understanding of health & safety compliance and site security
Ability to manage contractors and carry out basic maintenance tasks
