Position : Online Marketing Sales Expert - Dutch/Flemish & English speaker M/F/X

You will support our client as an Online Marketing Sales Expert growing and developing your extensive client base in an innovative and fast paced environment.

-> Responsabilities :

In this role you will partner with an assigned portfolio of content creators in order to maintain and improve content creatorsengagement with the platform. The goal is to help partners get the most out of their channel and you have the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger team.

• Serve as a trusted consultant with partners to develop and optimize their channel: responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features;
  
• Detect and understand the customers needs and objectives; Knowledge on key platform features in order to connect thecustomers needs to these features;
  
• Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through video calls email and phone calls;
  
• Portfolio management and prioritization with the ability to detect opportunities and follow up with the content creators over several months.
  

-> Profile :

• Fluent in Dutch (C1 minimum);
  
• Fluent in English;
  
• 1 year minimum of work experience in sales and/or online advertising/social media (mandatory);
  
• Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity readiness sustainability. and task points compliance and customer satisfaction targets;
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals;
  
• Good time management skills and ability to organize their own day;
  
• Client-focused keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals;
  
• Passionate about social media;
  
• A team player with ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment;
  
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
  
• Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);
  

Offer :

• Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
  
• Initial training during 4 weeks
  
• Work schedule : Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm;
  
• Location : Lisbon - EXPO
