Job Summary

Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent year for year directly related experience
- 2 years of experience in marketing book publishing book industry account support client administration data management or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in the publishing industry
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Canva
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports Client Relations team on all aspects of client data management including reporting and systems training operational follow-up and publisher communication.
- Works with client publishers to ensure title data submissions meet all deadlines and requirements.
- Coordinates vets and updates print book and eBook metadata for client publishers.
- Compiles double-checks and communicates title changes for client lists.
- Solicits missing/revised cover and interior art and sales materials for seasonal frontlist.
- Coordinates the scheduling publisher presales meetings preparing documents for each attendance note-taking and follow-up.
- Assists with sales conference planning scheduling attendance and note-taking.
- Troubleshoots metadata issues with online retailers on behalf of client publishers.

Hiring Salary Range: $24.08/hr. - $29.58/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
