As the Reservations Manager you will lead the day to day operations of our Reservations Department ensuring seamless processes exceptional service delivery and maximised revenue opportunities. Youll coach and support a dedicated team collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders and play a pivotal role in forecasting reporting and strategic decision making.

What Youll Be Doing
- Lead mentor and develop the Reservations team to achieve service excellence and revenue targets.
- Manage occupancy forecasting monthly objectives and revenue strategies in partnership with Management.
- Handle all incoming reservation enquiries professionally while maximising upsell opportunities.
- Monitor and manipulate room availability rate structures and inventory across PMS GDS and online platforms.
- Conduct regular yield meetings and collaborate with Sales Front Office and Revenue teams.
- Oversee group bookings special allocations and promotional inventory.
- Ensure high accuracy of all reservation data communications and reporting.
- Act as an Accor ambassador promoting our services and brand values internally and externally.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Reservations or Sales leadership role.
- Qualifications in Hospitality Tourism or Sales/Commercial (preferred).
- Strong computer skills ideally with Opera Cloud
- Exceptional communication coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
- A natural leader who embraces change inspires others and lives the Accor values.
