Job Summary

We are currently looking to add a dedicated and professional Food and Beverage Attendant to our friendly team at Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel on a casual basis.

Duties Include:

Taking guest orders
Memorize menu and offer recommendations
Serve food to guests
Provide guests with exceptional customer service

Qualifications :

To be successful you will:

Have a friendly positive attitude
Have experience providing quality customer service
Be able to make coffees
Have waiter/waitressing or bar experience
Have RSA qualification
Be impeccably presented with excellent communication skills
Be reliable and act with a sense of urgency
Be available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Be available for breakfast lunch and dinner shift duties
Must be available weekends
