Were Hiring: Human Resources Intern (Portugal)

What Youll Do:

As an HR Intern you will:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes coordinating interviews managing documentation and supporting payroll integration.
Support training and development initiatives maintaining records coordinating logistics and implementing post-training feedback processes.
Assist in payroll administration and personnel management ensuring accuracy in absences leave and benefits.
Support benefits and health & safety operations collaborating with insurance providers and occupational health services.
Help with offboarding activities and HR reporting updating systems and preparing clear metrics for decision-making.

What Were Looking For:

Degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or similar.
Knowledge of HR processes labor law basics and digital tools.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong organization attention to detail proactivity and teamwork skills.
