Talent Acquisition Intern (mfd)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) to join our this role you will support our recruitment team in attracting top talent assist with administrative and coordination tasks throughout the hiring process and contribute to building a strong and diverse workforce in an international and fast-paced environment. Your support helps ensure smooth recruiting operations while enabling our team to focus on connecting with the best candidates. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience 
• You support the end-to-end recruitment process candidate communication including job postings and CV screening 
• You conduct initial phone screenings and gather feedback from interviewers 
• You maintain and update our ATS (SmartRecruiters) with candidate information and statuses. 
• You support employer branding initiatives such as social media activities and recruiting events 
• You assist with talent sourcing activities and prepare recruitment reports and analytics to support hiring progress 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field 
• Experience Previous internship or short work experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage 
• Interest You have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes and are eager to gain practical experience 
• Communication You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy interacting with candidates and stakeholders English fluency is mandatory 
• Organization You are detail-oriented structured and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment 
• Tools You are confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with ATS or HR software is a plus
