As an Account Manager in the Growth team you will have a key role ensuring partner engagement and retention in Glovo. You will be directly responsible for impacting all the long tail partners to make them grow sell assets and improve user UX.
THE JOURNEY
- Draw and execute plans to make the portfolio grow through promos marketing activations and selling positioning assets
- Identify new assets to sell to the long tail partners and implement the whole process.
- Evaluate follow up and build reports on marketing activations performance. Take actions to reach goals and company/team objectives.
- Problem solving attitude with fast thinking decision making.
- Developed communication and commercial skills.
- Get feedback from our stores and translate it into process improvements
- Maintain good relationship between Glovo and our partners
- Contact >20 Partners / day to help them improve their presence on the App
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Work closely with all the departments within Glovo Portugal organization and occasionally globally on temporary projects.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management/ Sales and/or Marketing fields
- Preferably experience in FMCG food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry
- Hands-on and autonomous
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
- Strong Communication skills
- Good skills in MS Office Looker and Salesforce is a plus
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
- Immediate availability is a plus.
