We are looking for an Ecommerce Strategist to deliver high-level strategic guidance to ecommerce business owners and teams helping them identify and act on the key drivers of growth. You will lead group coaching sessions run 1:1 strategy calls and provide clear actionable direction across paid media ecommerce operations and performance levers that actually move the needle.

What youll do
- Lead group coaching sessions and run breakout rooms for advanced and boardroom members
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to help members diagnose key business challenges and opportunities
- Coach members on developing executing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across Meta TikTok and Google Ads
- Support strategy development across core digital advertising platforms
- Help members understand their business P&L and identify opportunities to shift key metrics
- Provide high-level guidance on business performance by diagnosing which key levers to pull to drive growth
- Attend kick-off calls to meet new members and guide them through how the programme works
- Run 1:1 and group onboarding check-ins to support progress and implementation
- Support the Head of Coaching and Chief Product Officer with systems and processes for retention-risk members
- Review allocated member equations and ensure members receive appropriate support and communication
- Contribute to and help facilitate member review meeting discussions
- Help improve the direction of ongoing member support systems
What youll bring
- Five plus years of proven experience in an ecommerce manager role with a generalist background
- Experience working directly with ecommerce tools such as Shopify/CMS email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and paid media platforms including Meta TikTok and Google Ads (even if no longer hands-on)
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to confidently coach business owners and teams in both 1:1 and group settings
- Strong stakeholder and account management capabilities with the ability to build relationships with members and internal teams
- High emotional intelligence empathy and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Able to work autonomously prioritise tasks exercise discretion and stay organised
- High attention to detail and experience managing budgets and understanding cost drivers
- Member-first thinking with the ability to bring clarity to complex problems
- Bonus: Familiarity with Zoom Skool and Wistia
