This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly capable Executive Administrative Assistant who thrives in a busy collaborative this role youll provide critical support to three senior executives ensuring smooth operations and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for their priorities.

What Youll Do

  • Manage calendars schedules and logistics for executives.
  • Draft agendas prepare and format Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Review all documents reports and correspondence prepared for executive signature for format content grammar and spellingmaking edits as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate board governance activities including communications and documentation.
  • Attend meetings and accurately capture minutes.
  • Plan and execute events and offsite meetings.
  • Demonstrate solid judgment in prioritizing appointments and acting as the gatekeeper for executive priorities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Occasionally travel within Canada for key meetings or events.

What Were Looking For

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word Power Point and Excel.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a senior administrative support role supporting multiple executives.
  • A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive forward-thinking mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain and build positive relationships at all organizational levels and with external parties.
  • Collaborative and resourceful with a problem-solving approach and ability to provide solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer and calendaring skills including Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability for very occasional travel within Canada.
  • English is requirement written and verbal to provide services to our customers and communicate with internal stakeholders. Bilingualism (ENG/FR) is considered an asset.

Pay Range :

61221 - 68873 CAD

The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/ addition to Base Pay eligible Blue Cross Life employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results.
