Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing screening and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
On boarding & Induction: Support smooth joining formalities documentation and employee orientation.
Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building activities celebrations and employee welfare
initiatives.
HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records handle HR letters and assist in leave/attendance
management.
Learning & Development: Coordinate training sessions and maintain development records.
HR Support: Address employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
What Were Looking For
MBA/PGDM (HR specialization preferred) recent postgraduates encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude eagerness to learn and a people-first mindset.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
