We are looking for a driven and hands-on client solutions lead to own and manage high impact solution packs comprising proposals responses to RFPs presentations and pitches. This is a role for someone who can navigate complex sales cycles by collaborating with frontline sales teams and delivery subject matter experts in designing impactful
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full solutioning process - from articulation of solution design reviewing proposal documents compiling RFP requirement and sell tailored consulting and managed service solutions.
- Provide solutioning support to the Sales team in assessing customer requirements
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop and close new business opportunities as well as upsell/cross-sell to existing accounts
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client proposals ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with client goals
- Create prototypes /samples for solutions based on understanding of client requirements.
- Research industry trends scan market news to identify opportunities and develop innovative proactive solutions for clients
- Setup and maintain a central repository of artefacts content to aid quick turnaround of client proposals and collateral
- Manage client meeting prep material comprising briefing notes pitch decks brochures samples etc.
- Participate in client discovery sessions presentations as required
- Manage client product demos / presentations
- Work with delivery teams for client POCs / pilots
- Explore suitable partnerships/external expert arrangements to put together a winning proposition
- Lead coach and manage a team of client solutions managers or associates ensuring high-quality outputs
Candidates Profile
- 10 years experience in a pre-sales/solutioning role in a similar complex advisory/services organisation for banking/financial services clients
- Self-sufficient capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional oral written and presentation skills
- Collaborative orientation with the ability to manage stakeholders
- Positive attitude and ability to turnaround tasks quickly within short deadlines
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
