Position Overview

Midwest regional operation with weekly 34-hour resets at home.
Average miles per week.
100% no-touch freight mix of drop & hook and live unload.
Typical length of haul around 300 miles.
Assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths.
24/7 dispatch and maintenance support.

Compensation Package

$1200$1400 weekly average pay.
$0.57$0.64 CPM depending on experience.
$2000 sign-on bonus (split: $500 first load $500 after 30 days $1000 after 60 days).
Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours.
Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day.
Performance bonus: up to 3 CPM.
Benefits: medical dental vision 401(k) paid PTO after 30 days.

Weekly home time for your 34-hour reset.

Driver Requirements

CDL-A license with at least 4 months of recent experience.
Clean driving record and strong safety habits.
