Technical Reviewer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Technical Reviewer to evaluate validate and improve technical documents reports and project deliverables in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy clarity compliance with industry standards and alignment with organizational guidelines across technical content and documentation.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Review technical documents manuals proposals reports and deliverables for accuracy completeness and adherence to standards

Verify data specifications calculations and technical content against requirements

Ensure compliance with internal policies industry regulations and documentation standards

Provide clear actionable feedback to authors and project teams

Collaborate with engineers developers subject matter experts and project managers to resolve technical discrepancies

Maintain version control and proper documentation workflow

Support continuous improvement of documentation quality and processes

Participate in technical audits and quality assurance activities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Technical Communication or a related field

Minimum of 35 years of experience in technical review editing quality assurance or documentation validation

Strong understanding of technical standards documentation practices and compliance requirements

Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in engineering IT software development or scientific industries

Familiarity with technical editing tools (e.g. Adobe FrameMaker MadCap Flare or similar)

Prior experience reviewing regulatory or compliance-related documentation

Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $70000 $95000 USD commensurate with experience technical expertise and geographic location
