Business controller

Verisure is a leading provider in monitored security solutions providing peace of mind to millions of customers worldwide. We are passionate about protecting what truly matters and are looking for a Senior Business Controller (Team Lead) to strengthen our team.

As a Senior Business Controller you will act as the link between strategic acquisition control and operational business controlling. You will support the Acquisition & Business Control Manager while taking on a leadership role within the team. Your responsibilities include analysing financial performance optimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of revenue streams. Additionally you will coach one controller and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to drive profitability and process improvements.

What will you do

• Develop real business partnering relation with marketing and sales proactively suggest concrete actions driving up the sales growth

• Conduct in-depth analysis of CPA and acquisition performance; prepare reports and monitor KPIs.

• Oversee the acquisition business control scope as team lead: coordinate coach and set priorities.

• Actively identify risks and opportunities translate them into actionable recommendations.

• Coordinate budgeting forecasting and monthly closing processes on acquisition

• Develop and maintain dashboards and controlling tools (Power BI Excel).

• Implement revenue assurance controls to prevent errors fraud and revenue leakage.

• Contribute to process optimization and internal control improvements.

• Report to the Acquisition & Business Control Manager and act as a sparring partner for strategic decisions.

Your profile

• Masters degree in finance economics business administration or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling or financial analysis.

• Experience in acquisition controlling and revenue assurance is a plus.

• Previous experience in a coordinating or leadership role (team lead project lead).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Expertise in KPI definition forecasting budgeting and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in Excel Power BI and ERP systems.

• Bilingual: English French or Dutch.
