You will partner to plant management and manage the overall financial integrity and performance of a manufacturing site. You will support the Plant Leadership team in preparing and executing business proposals verifying assumptions and checking for daily execution. You will manage finance for a complex plant cluster hub or large manufacturing plant.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Manage finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting target development financial performance reporting/analysis financial modeling and decision support for a manufacturing plant plant cluster or hub.
• Support a strong controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.
• Partner with plant management to provide critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions. You will also monitor and adjust execution of actions.
• Drive for harmonization efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.
• Build a high-performing Finance team. You will also recruit and develop Finance talent and drive our Finance talent agenda with a focus on Supply Chain/plant controlling.

• TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including analyzing planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.
• BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business consumer packaged goods industry and snacking market including Supply Chain/manufacturing dynamics. Relevant experience in a large regional (or global) corporation.
• LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering influencing and communication skills across a large regional or global public company; experience working as a finance leader managing cross-functional and business partner teams to make decisions and drive results.
• GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.

In nauwe samenwerking met het plantmanagement ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële integriteit en de prestaties van de fabriek. Je ondersteunt het Plant Leadership Team (PLT) actief bij het voorbereiden en realiseren van businesscases het valideren van aannames en het bewaken van de dagelijkse operationele resultaten.

De rol omvat het volledige financiële beheer van een complex plantcluster een hub of een grootschalige productielocatie.

• Je beheert de financiële planning- en prestatiemanagementprocessen en ondersteunt gerelateerde financiële besluitvorming. Dit omvat strategische planning jaarlijkse budget- en forecastprocessen targetsetting financiële rapportage en analyse financiële modellering en het leveren van besluitvormingsondersteuning voor de plant het plantcluster of de hub.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de standaardkostprijsberekening (standard costing) en budgettering (IBR) per sectie inclusief productiviteitsanalyses kostprijsberekeningen investeringsanalyses (bijvoorbeeld masterprojecten investeringen in nieuwe productielijnen of ovens) en het opstellen van ROI-berekeningen.
• Je ondersteunt en versterkt een robuuste controle- en complianceomgeving binnen de productielocatie. Je ziet toe op de correcte toepassing en naleving van beleidsrichtlijnen en interne standaarden en monitort de implementatie hiervan.
• Je werkt intensief samen met het plantmanagement om financiële inzichten en onderbouwde analyses te leveren ter ondersteuning van strategische en operationele beslissingen en monitort de voortgang van acties en stuurt bij waar nodig.
• Je stimuleert harmonisatie efficiëntie en procesverbeteringen en bouwt mee aan een cultuur van continue verbetering binnen het Finance-team.
• Je bent actief aanwezig op de productievloer om operationele teams financieel te ondersteunen en hen inzicht te geven in de prestaties van de productielijnen. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete en begrijpelijke productiedoelstellingen in nauwe samenwerking met zowel het PLT als de medewerkers in productie.
• Je ondersteunt de maandelijkse financiële afsluiting.

• Sterke technische expertise in financiële planning en prestatiemanagement. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met analyse planning en rapportage van financiële prestaties over alle relevante KPIs inclusief strategieontwikkeling investeringsanalyses en kostenbeheersing om financiële doelstellingen te realiseren.
• Diepgaand businessinzicht en een grondig begrip van de FMCG-sector en de dynamiek van productie- en supplychainomgevingen. Ervaring binnen een grote regionale of internationale organisatie is een pluspunt.
• Uitgesproken leiderschapsvaardigheden met bewezen ervaring in business partnering beïnvloeding en effectieve communicatie binnen een complexe (bij voorkeur beursgenoteerde) organisatie. Je bent in staat om cross-functionele teams aan te sturen en resultaten te behalen door middel van samenwerking.
• Een groeigerichte en digitale mindset met het vermogen om opportuniteiten te identificeren en technologie strategisch in te zetten voor verhoogde efficiëntie en effectiviteit.
• Integriteit en een sterk oordeelsvermogen die aansluiten bij de bedrijfswaarden interne richtlijnen en externe regelgeving.
• Ervaring met SAP is een sterke troef.
