Job Summary

As part of the DT Regulatory Stakeholders team the RIM Analytics is looking for a Business Analysis / Business Intelligence role to support projects related to Regulatory Reporting. Regulatory Reporting projects are taking regulatory data from Veeva RIM via a Data Foundation (Snowflake) to the reporting engine Power this context the RIM Analytics BA/BI role will undertake the following responsibilities:

Adapt the Data Foundation (Snowflake) to the data model changes made to Veeva RIM following the adoption of the IDMP framework. The project is currently ongoing and the BA/BI role will contribute to the Computer System Validation and testing of the Data Foundation and Reports

Adapt the Data Foundation (Snowflake) to latest technologies in terms of Transfer and Load (Informatica IDMC) and improve the monitoring aspects of the solution

Adapt the Data Foundation (Snowflake) to leverage the Veeva Data Warehouse (Bronze layer) and put in place the Silver/Gold layers of the Data Foundation to augment Reporting capabilities in Power BI as per business needs (across Veeva Vaults).

Main accountabilities and responsibilities for this role

Project Management

Planning of activities communication and reporting to business team

Liaise with the implementation team (external partner) to achieve results within the expected timeframe Business Analysis / Business Intelligence

Support the implementation team with the update to the Data Foundation (Snowflake) and Power BI Reports

Perform informal testing during the implementation

Contribute to the updates to the Computer System Validation documentation

Lead the technical part of the Computer System Validation (IQ/OQ)

Contribute to the technical part of the Computer System Validation (PQ)

Ensure implementation complies with IT and quality principles

Requirements

Years of Experience - Medior level approximately 3 to 8 years of experience

Must Have
Proven experience as a Business Analyst / BI Analyst
Experience with Power BI
Experience in IT or data-related projects

Exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV)
Ability to work in a regulated environment
Advanced English (C1C2)
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Veeva RIM
Previous pharmaceutical industry experience
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience with Snowflake or data warehousing concepts
French language skills (not mandatory)

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on adaptable Business Analyst who is comfortable working at the intersection of regulatory data analytics and IT delivery.
They are proactive communicative and able to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Experience in large or complex organizations is considered an advantage.
